The documents below contain the information exhibitors need to prepare for the show, including the full schedule, class listings and the declaration form that must accompany birds to the inspection point.
Please read the schedule carefully before submitting an entry and retain a copy for reference. Exhibitors should also download and print the Participant Declaration Form, complete it accurately before travelling, and bring it with them to the show.
Entries close at 11:59pm on Thursday 27 August 2026. Late entries cannot be accepted.
